In 2019, Altran was acquired by French giant Capgemini which is known worldwide for its consulting, IT services & digital transformation. With this takeover of Altran, Capgemini Technology Services India Limited became the majority shareholder in Aricent.

During the FY 2021-22, Aricent Technology Holding clocked a revenue of INR 2678.5 crore, thereby witnessing an increase of around 5.18% over the previous year’s revenue. The Profit Before Taxes for FY22 was INR 410 crore showing a growth of 43%. The overall net profit for FY 22 is INR 262 crore.
